There were no cameras when the Lord Jesus walked upon this earth, and no painting exists that we know of, of His likeness. The only way to worship Him is "In Spirit and in Truth". These statues of Jesus are reminders of events in His life, events that changed the world. These statues of Jesus are made from olive wood prunings from Holy Land olive trees that grow in the same soil that He walked upon. These lovely statues are hand carved by Christian wood crafters, not far from where He was born in Bethlehem. There is nothing mystical or magical about these Jesus statues but they will give you a connection to the Land where He lived, died for our sins and rose from the dead.

Most of our Jesus statues are hand carved in the Bethlehem workshop of Christian statue artisan Jeries Facouseh. (Olivart) The olive wood Jesus statues that Jeries carves are some of the most beautiful and reverent carved statues of Jesus to be found. World renowned for his beautiful olive wood Christian and Catholic statues, the Jesus statues carved by our dear friend Jeries are in fine homes and grand cathedrals all over the world.  

All of our beautiful wooden Jesus statues are unique with no 2 of these statues of Jesus being exactly the same. Each of our Jesus statues are hand carved and though each statue is similar, each carving is at the discretion of the statue artist. Our Jesus statues are carved from naturally beautiful Holy Land olive wood. With each piece of lovely Holy Land olive wood having its own unique characteristics, each of our statues of Jesus have these same characteristics and their own unique beauty.

All of the statues of Jesus that our dear friend Jeries carves are hand carved in his Olivart workshop on Manger Street in Bethlehem, just down the street from the site where the Lord Jesus was born. The Holy Land olive wood that Jeries uses to carve these Jesus statues is from the Galilee region, where the Lord Jesus spent much of His earthly life. Therefore, all of the Jesus statues that we sell that are carved in the Olivart workshop are made near the site where Jesus was born and made from Holy Land olive wood that grew out of the ground where He once trod.

We offer these lovely carved wood statues of Jesus at prices far lower than you will see in the Holy Land. We also stand behind all of the Jesus statues that we sell. If any of our Jesus statues are anything less than nearly perfect (remember, nothing is completely perfect down here) we will issue you a hassle free refund. As of the writing of this article, none of our statues of Jesus have ever been returned.

With each of our olive wood Jesus statues that we sell we send you a made in the Holy Land certificate of authenticity.
