The Facouseh olive wood carving shop is located about a 10 minute walk from the site where the Lord Jesus was born. This lovely and unique indoor Nativity set is made exclusively for Holy Land Treasures. The 13 piece set of hand carved modern Nativity figures includes the Baby Jesus, Virgin Mary and Joseph, three wise men, 1 shepherd and 5 animals. Each of these indoor modern Nativity scenes are unique, being hand carved and with each piece of Holy Land olive wood having its own unique characteristics. We use prunings of Holy Land olive trees to carve these lovely and unique modern (contemporary) Nativity sets. This method provides us with a renewable natural resource for all of our unique indoor olive wood manger scenes.
