The lovely Pieta statue is hand carved from Holy Land olive wood in the Facouseh workshop, not far from the Church of Nativity (This Church is built over the site where the Lord Jesus was born). The Pieta statue features life like detail and with each statue being hand carved, no two statues are exactly the same.
