About this Large Oak and Olive Wood 4 Foot Contemporary Wall Crucifix
This large four foot tall wall Crucifix is beautifully designed with quality craftsmanship and a unique tiered dimensional design that layers cross on cross. The corpus and top cross are each hand-carved and made of Holy Land olive wood. The backdrop cross is made of red oak and tired crossbars.
WOOD ORIGIN: Made in biblical Bethlehem and a contemporary cross that is made partly in the USA and partly in the Holy Land (Israel). The main part of the cross and the Corpus are made in the Bethlehem olive wood carving shop of Christian artisan Jeries Facouseh, just a 10 minute walk from the site where Christ our Lord was born. Holy Land Treasures owner Ricky Anderson uses his own unique contemporary design and places lightly stained red oak around the perimeter of the cross. At the bottom of the cross Jeries places an inset glass container with Holy Land soil. Our gift card and a certificate of authenticity come with each Crucifix.
DIMENSIONS: This Crucifix is 46 inches tall, 26 inches wide and approximately 5.5 inches thick from the back of the cross to the front of the Corpus.
