This large standing wooden Roman Crucifix is a masterpiece that is hand carved in the biblical Bethlehem carving shop of Christian artisan Jeries Facouseh, just a few minutes walk from the site where Christ was born. The Corpus, INRI and main part of the cross is made from Holy Land (Israel) olive wood. The perimeter is made from beautiful mahogany. On each side of the Corpus and at the bottom of the cross are inset glass containers with Holy Land articles. They contain frankincense, olive leaves and soil.
