This Crucifix is called by many names including the Roman Byzantine Crucifix, fourteen stations Crucifix or Roman Crucifix. The 4 clover shapes are made from 3 pieces of olive wood, representing The Holy Trinity. The Crucifix is made from 14 pieces of olive wood all together representing the fourteens stations of the Cross (Via Dolorosa).
Perhaps the most unique feature of this beautiful Crucifix is the 4 Holy Land articles covered with glass lenses ( Olive leaves, Frankincense, Holy Land Soil and Holy Land stones).

This cross is really beautiful, The only reason I did not rate this excellent is that the Frankincense, Rose of Sharon and Holy Land Stones all had a very low amount of each.
