Cross Center / 4 Gospels: In the center of the cross are 4 spokes that represent the 4 Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, that tell the "Story of Jesus".
Three Layers of Wood / Holy Spirit / Holy Trinity: The cross is 3 layers of wood thick and each layer contains a cross made from 3 pieces of wood to represent the Holy Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
