Our Blessed Mother statues are not just merely figurines of the Virgin Mary. These statues of the Blessed Mother are hand carved in meticulous detail and further accented by the natural beauty of Holy Land olive wood. The olive wood carving shop of our dear friend Jeries, where all of our Blessed Mother Virgin Mary statues are hand carved, (and all of our other Catholic religious statuary as well) is located on Manger street in Bethlehem just a few minutes walk from the site where the Virgin Mary gave birth to the Lord Jesus.
The Holy Land olive wood used to carve our Blessed Mother Virgin Mary statues is all taken from prunings of Holy Land olive trees. This environmentally friendly process provides us with a renewable natural resource to produce our lovely Blessed Mother statues.
